I installed this after replacing the bath tub. The company was awesome to deal with. I accidentally use the flashing In the wrong spot (around the tub Faucet) and then while installing the arm for the shower head stripped it and it was unusable I contacted the company and they sent me a new part it took a while being that it came from China but all the same they also sent me a new piece of flashing. I'm grateful it came out beautiful with a new bathtub. I taped the threads for arm bar and was a little more gentle with the second one, and it works perfectly!
