It is good specially for the prise.This shower body has a great looking finish and that is the only thing about it that is true to the listing. The hoses to connect to the water are right underneath the brackets and only extends a few inches, therefore it’s very difficult to connect it without being close to the wall. The had to be pulled out to be able to fit on onto the braces in the wall, which only gives you less than an inch of space to work with. The biggest failure of this unit is the electrical component. I was very excited to have a shower panel with the temperature and settings all powered by the water, that’s so smart. Unfortunately this has never worked for more than a week. I moved into my new house, installed this shower panel and so far I’ve had to take it off the wall twice to check the electrical. The wires are super thin and there is no way to hold them together efficiently. Not with electrical tape or a wire nut. My husband has to basically rewire the whole thing because it’s too late for us too return it. This means taking it off the wall again. It’s been a horrible experience with something that was meant to make it lives luxurious!!! Do not buy this product!!! I wish I could give 0 stars!!!If unit is installed high enough to clear head, the top nozzles would strike you in the face or back or neck. There were no instructions as to whether they could be disabled, but unwilling to pay $200 to $300 plumbing bill to find out. Return not prepaid; UPS charged $61 to return it to Illinois. Return sent on June 2, 2020 and am still waiting on refund on July 3, 2020. Realize Covoid is slowing everything down, but a month should be plenty of time.Update as of 7/25/2020 I was able to reach someone at the manufacturers and now have my refund, so I have upgraded to 3 stars. Thank youLights on rain head have already started to go outExtremely beautiful. Everybody loves it. Some parts didn't fit properly, otherwise I would have rated a five.
