Definitivamente pedire otroThe shoe hanger came without the metal brackets that go over the door to hold the hanger. I had to make do with regular hangers. The price would’ve been great if all the pieces had come together.Todos mis zapatos quedaron muy excelenteI try using but after putting shoes it came down. Very disappointed.Metal pieces bended backwards from closing the door but after I tried to bend it the correct way, it snapped in half.They seemed to be ok until I went to hang them....they didn't include the hooks to hang them!!! Sent them back.If your size 12+ don’t get not every shoe will fit , and it like hangs off and for a shoe that you can manage to stay in if you want your other shoes you have to skip a row … not good for 12+ sizes
