Elegant and well madeYou do have to run new copper or plastic water lines (your choice). For me it was removing the wall behind the bath and run all new copper lines. I added 2 shut off valves in those hot and cold lines. If ever it would need service I would not have to shut off the main water valve. The product was package very well and in perfect condition. I only used it to flush out the new pipe. Then added the shower head and hand sprayer. The shower gives a strong stream and the hand shower has 3 or 4 adjustable settings. Everything worked perfectly and the quality of the finish is show car chrome. We will see how well it holds up but if's like the feel of the hardware it should last for years.It's idle and perfect for shower stand
