Had product inbox for four months until my house finished placed it and had some issues with the pressure of the water reached out to customer service they sent me replacements cartridges within 48 hrs. Working much better. Honestly amazing customer service and response time. Thank you !Had problem with Jets but customer service took care of problem immediately .Customer service was wonderful! My shower heads had rusted in about 6 months and they reached out and made it right! Sent a new set with expedited shipping.Even though there were some initial problems, customer service more than made up for the issues. The seller is absolutely courteous and professional, I had some questions about the installation and they responded quickly and were so helpful. Quality of the brushed gold finish is very nice and does not lean into the orange or green tones like some other finishesToo large and heavy but beautifulListen, they have the best quality every, you will never find their quality in the nearby store, also their customer services are incredible, I'm also 100% sure that they are the best of the best, Thanks again for this amazing product, even the contractor gave me a thumbs up. 5 Stars !!Its good looking but the quality is not too good according to the price. The gold started to have black spots n it already.The customer service I got from IYIVG was fabulous. I have not yet used the product but am very impressed with their quick responses to my needs.
