The shower really gave the waterfall effect , astetically pleasing to the eye but I have only been using it since April 2021 and the jet controller just peeled off one day and one of the edges on the jets has started peeling . The plumber installed it easily and was most impressed by the quality of the mixer, if the seller can assist , will easily give this product a 5 star rating .I have had the product I stalled for about 5 months now. It does everything it says it should and I very much so enjoy showering and always use all three. What I dislike is after 5 months of use, the plate is already flaking, the hose is completely rusted out and the controls are doing the same. I do like what the product does but I DO NOT like how quickly it rusted out and for the price I was not expecting it to.It looks absolutely amazing i bought it Jan.26 installed it about 1-2 months after and on the 29 of august the rain shower broke big crack sound and leaks water from the top.We love this shower head. The rain shower is huge, we love having the additional shower head options, the 3 wall streams are definitely not jet like, but more gentle which is perfect for kids.We had a plumber install this brand new and it does not work. It leaks and does not work.I am impressed with the quality of this system. The rainhead and valve and cover plate appear and feel high quality. The packaging is very well thought out and the pieces are very well protected. Also the customer service was very prompt when I had a need and so far they have done a great job.Very nice looking set.However about a week after installation 3 of the nipples got sucked IN and now it leaks water.Great product
