Installed this in July. It is now October, 3 months later, I was in the shower and all of the sudden BAM the head flew off and hit me in the back of the head. I paid a plumber 100$ to come install this 80$ shower kit. What a waste! It worked great while it lasted but you’d hope you’d get longer than 3 months use.Super good looking and great priceIt’s pretty and comes with mostly everything you need, except the faucet doesn’t have a base. It’s def not a project for someone who is a beginner with home projects though. We learned that the pipes have to match exactly or you’ll need a plumber to install the whole kit. We ended up matching our existing Moen with a new Moen and the replacing was much easier.very easy to install less trouble to operate for the homeowner nice colorIt’s just what we wanted!I rated this item before installing it . I should say before trying to install it . There are pieces missing all together and the faucet itself is garbage ! That’s all the cheap faucet came with and of course it not only spews water out the back for lack of any seal but the shower tab doesn’t work at all . The water handle works but came with no seals and no wall plate .It doesn’t fit the plumbing that was just installed to code. So had to go to Lowes to get a whole new set.Shower valve doesn’t properly distribute water. It won’t run a bath without the shower on.
